Description
GTK+ version (including r2556)
During the same Transmission session, it is not possible to remove a torrent and then add an updated torrent with the same name. Exiting and restarting Transmission allows the updated torrent to load normally.
This bug appeared somewhere around r24xx.
Steps:
(1) Remove an active torrent, say, WantonWalrusWallowing?-DVD03.torrent
Note 1: This torrent will have been removed from the tracker prior to removal from Transmission; the alert 'Error - requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker' is the ad hoc telltale that an updated torrent exists.
(2) Download and add the updated torrent, which contains more files but has the same name, WantonWalrusWallowing?-DVD03.torrent
Error dialog appears: 'Failed to load torrent file. /home/username/torrents/WantonWalrusWallowing-DVD03.torrent: torrent is already open.'
Note 2: Debug window indicates old torrent, now removed (and even if the .torrent file is manually deleted from torrents directory), is still reporting: 'Tracker: Error - requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker'
(3) Exit Transmission.
(4) Restart Transmission.
(5) Add WantonWalrusWallowing?-DVD03.
The torrent loads correctly, checks existing files, and begins downloading/uploading the new files in the updated version.
