Description

WxWidgets? is a free, open source library that works natively on most operating systems. It might be a good idea to change the interface to WxWidgets?. It would mean you wouldn't have to maintain two different interfaces, and possible Windows support.

In svn there's already a prototype for a wxWidgets-based client, but I don't know if or when I'll ever get around to finishing it. wxWidget's progress is, frankly, very slow, and I wonder if we might be better off using a native Windows API or Ultimate++.

Anyway, the wxWidgets client would primarily be for the Windows client. Our motto so far has been to integrate tightly with the OS, so dropping the mac and gtk+ client is just not going to happen.
