Seed value choice impermanent

Description
Even if you select Seed --> "Global value" in the info panel for any torrent, you can come back to see that one torrent is above the global value. Then if you look in the info panel again, you see that the seed option has turned blank. You then have to click seed--> "Global value" again for it/all other torrents. This happens about 1-2 times a day

Has the torrents that changed stopped because they reached the ratio? When a torrent reaches the seed ratio, it stops (obviously) and switched to seed forever (otherwise you would not be able to start it again).
If it's something else that is happening, please reopen.
