Description
Hi. I'm translating the Transmission to brazilian portuguese for some time. I'm sending a package with translations for versions 1.06, 1.10, 1.11, 1.20, 1.21, 1.22 with some fixes. I wish to continue translating the next versions. Best wishes!

Hi,
Thank you very much for the updates, but the problem with this is that, if I update svn with these translations, they'll be overwritten the next time that we resync our translations with Launchpad.
You need to submit these translations to Launchpad, rather than here, to avoid that problem.

Charles,
I submit all translations to Launchpad ou only 1.22? I think that Lauchpad manage the trunk version only.

I don't understand the question.
How can there be another 1.06, 1.10, 1.11, 1.20, 1.21, or 1.22 release? You don't release the same version of software twice.
Again, I very much appreciate your efforts, but the best place to focus your efforts is in Ubuntu's Rosetta tool for the upcoming 1.30 release.

Charles,
I sent translations for older version because some people use the older version, and some words are no translated or are with error. If possible, can you exchange the .po files in older tarball's. I was translating the transmission after the death of Raphael Higino, that had translated before. Now i believe that the work could be on account of the translators of Ubuntu. Thanks for atention.

If people were to get the new translations for the older versions, they would have to update. It doesn't make sense.

Hi,
I appreciate the work you've done -- good translations are hard work -- but I don't know of any software project that repackages tarballs of old releases to update their translations. It's not practical -- it will confuse users, it will change the tarball's checksums, and it diverts time and effort from making the next release better.
Hopefully this won't dissuade you from working on future translations. As I said, I do appreciate the volunteer work that you've done.
