bugs in viewing torrent info and progress bar

When torrent finishes downloading or verifying there is still blue and not totally filled progress bar. In attached file I've fixed that problem

Also, in the Inspector bar comments, creator info and error info always stayed 'N/A', but using 'transmission-remote -tX -i' command we could see valuable data about comment and creator (fix is present in attachement too)
