Description
This bug was initially reported at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/transmission/+bug/269800 by David Prieto:
"I'm using transmission 1.33 on Intrepid. When I open the torrent details window, its columns can't be resized. That means if a file has a long name there is no way to see the complete name unless you maximize the window."
This appears to only be an issue on the 'Files' tab of the 'Details' window. I can resize columns in the 'Peers' tab
