Originally from Ticket #40, but that had spam...
Somtimes Transmission shows me the File is 100% done,but i have to check the file with another Client (Azureus,BoW,Tomato). They show me on many Files there are some Blocks still not downloaded.

I suspect that this is a problem with fast resume and cache files. I was checking 15GB torrent with btcheck and found approx 2% of bad blocks. Deleting ~/.transmission and restarting solved bad blocks.
