Description
In the GTK+ client, I have disabled "Start when added" in the preferences dialog, but when I access the client over the web interface, "Start transfers when added" is enabled in the preferences. Actual behavior matches these respective settings. This option should be synchronized between the web and GTK+ interfaces.

This is because the gtk and web client are each implementing their own "Start when added" flag.
