Description

Happens periodically once a day (sometimes more often). Mandriva Linux 2008.1 + updates

$ uname -a
Linux localhost 2.6.24.7-desktop-1mnb #1 SMP Mon Jul 28 15:12:10 EDT 2008 i686 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ GNU/Linux

Transmission installed from source. Had the same on 1.33 installed from repository.
