Hi!

Some bug in libevent was found... Can't download any torrent with transmission.

Could you please rebuild Transmission with debugging symbols -- by using -g on the command line when invoking gcc -- and then get a backtrace from gdb?

Once you get the segmentation fault' in gdb, use gdb's bt' command to get the backtrace. That's what needs to be attached here.
