"Duplicate Torrent" error message should be more helpful

People in the forums sometimes report that they're trying to add a torrent, but can't because it's a duplicate. (See: ​here and ​here).

Sometimes this is hidden by the filter, but another common reason is that the torrent metainfo's "name" tag differs from the .torrent filename, which is confusing to the user.

It would be nice if the "duplicate" dialog had some extra cues to help get the across to the user, such as giving the metainfo's "name" tag in the error dialog.

I think this is the case in both the mac and gtk versions of Transmission, so I'm setting the component here as "Transmission".

The Mac dialog gives the name of the data that is to be downloaded/seeded.
