I thing with more than 70% of used browsers IE7 support must be added to this Aplication.

The majority of people that are savvy enough to use the web ui aren't using Internet Explorer. Putting in the code to get around the fact that IE doesn't support standards isn't worth it, especially since we lack a dedicated web developer. Of course we'll accept a patch for this, but none of the current developers are going to dedicate time to this.
