Description
The GTK+ client should use the stock "properties" icon instead of the info icon, since the dialog allows to view and alter the properties of the torrent (e.g. location, files, upload/download speed limits, …)

Using an information dialog leads me to think I can only view some transient information, while in fact I can change a lot of important things, e.g. whether to download certain files and what bandwidth limits should be imposed. Note that many property dialogs show transient state information, e.g. the file properties window in Nautilus shows me the mtime and atime of a file and the file size, all of which change when I work with that particular file (e.g. by editing it).

This is slated for the next non-string-frozen release, 1.50
I have mixed feelings about this.
There is a lot of overlap between Transmisson's details dialog and a Properties Dialog. However we also show a lot of transient state information that don't really fit as properties.
