Disable option dialog by default

Description
IMHO The default options should be :
- Display option dialog : disabled
- Start when added : enabled
This would streamline the process of adding torrents to new user (transmissiongtk will work just the same as firefox downloader this way : click on a .torrent link and let it do its job)

Most users will want that options dialog - those that don't will turn it off. Having it off by default means many users won't know to look for it.
Auto-start is enabled by default.
