Description
Whenever your inside most applications and choose an action that moves a file in Finder to the trash you always here the 'move to trash' sound effect.
You don't get the sound when you 'remove data file' in Transmission.

I agree with eisa01 - let's let the system handle if it's played or not.

From the Radar bug I filed regarding this:
"CarbonCore? is not going to play the sound, and I doubt DesktopServices? will either. The Finder is what plays the sound, so if [the Transmission developers] want sound they should use an AppleEvent? to tell the application Finder to move the file to the trash."

I don't think this would be an improvement.
None of the iLife apps do this, and neither does Mail, so I the premise of the enhancement is wrong.
Azureus actually does this, but then you hear the sound for every file in the torrent....
