Description
It's a standard among other clients I know of (utorrent, azureus/vuze), that the global bandwidth limit settings are displayed (if set) next to the current transmission speed and clicking in that general area allows for fast changes of those settings. Transmission lacks this very useful feature.
I'm attaching a screenshot from vuze (in Polish; 'Bez limitu' means 'No limit') to visualize what I mean.

I have written some code. It is one solution. Perhaps not the best. If you click the icons (upload/download) preferences-menu pops up.
