Description
It would be nice if there was ana utomated option to stop seeding (either pause task or remove it completely), after the UL/DL ratio reaches some threshold (2?), moreover another criteria can be set - for example the number of active seeds or seeding time greater than specified time, or even when the UL speed is 0 for specified time.

The Mac interface has this, there is a ticket for libtransmission to have this (#671).

examiner: when you set a milestone for a ticket, what you're essentially doing is giving the development team orders and a timeline. Don't do that unless you're signing my paycheck. ;)
