Description
Transmission allows the relocation of data files via the "Move Data File To..." menu item.
However in the case I quit Transmission, move the data file myself and the reopen Transmission it will show up with "Error: No such file or directory".
When this is the case "Move Data File To..." does not sound appropriate. It then should be something like "Point to new location of data file...", "Set location of data file..." or "Look for data file in..."
Also when a user reconnects a torrent with a datafile in this way Transmission should also look for other torrents that have missing data files which were in the same location as the now relocated one and should try to relocate them too.

While you're right about the name not being fully appropriate, I think it's clear enough that it doesn't justify renaming, considering it would have to actively check if the data exists in the location every time it's shown. Also, if multiple transfers are selected, which would it show? Best to leave as is, since having a menu item's name change is generally frowned upon.
