Description
As a way to circumvent deep packet inspection, which can even detect encrypted traffic by inspecting unencrypted peer exchange traffic

I don't understand what this ticket means by "unencrypted peer exchange traffic". In encrypted connections, the peer exchange traffic is encrypted. And when encryption is forced (via the "ignore unencrypted peers" togglebutton) there is no unencrypted peer traffic at all.
