Ability to perform manual client/peer management

Description

When looking in the inspector to see the connected peers, it would be good to be able to kick/ban peers manually if you can see that they're connected, but you're not getting any data off them.

I've had this issue for a while, and it was still apparent in the 1.4 series (on Mac OS X) however just trying the beta5 of 1.5 it's looking like Transmission is handling this better.

Many times I'd be connected and downloading from 8 of 10 peers (for instance) but only actually be receiving data from one or two of them, and then at a couple of kB per second. This was even using popular torrents that the tracker was saying there were 10's or even 100's of seeders.

Trying beta 5, it's looking like it's vastly improved, but a manual ability to manage connected peers and disconnect them to have Transmission then attempt to connect to other peers in search of higher data transfer rates would be good.

This manual functionality is outside the scope of this app. Users shouldn't need to be able to tinker with this - it should be handled automatically. And as you said, 1.50 should be better at this.
