Description
Most - not all - downloads have the same (+/-) valid download as downloaded value, until hey hit 100%. Then suddenly they say they have downloaded twice (+/-) as much as the valid download indicates...
And as the ratio is calculated between the downloaded and uploaded value, this gives a faulty behavior.

No response and this seems similar to the overdownloading bug, so I'm closing it. If it still exists in the latest nightly, reopen this.
