Description
Transmission checks paused files and if they are not there (on an external HD), marks them for rechecking, even though they are paused, this marking process should not happen unless these files are attempted to be started when not there, then when they reappear they should be rechecked. I don't know about the GTK behavior but BentMyWookie? said this does not sound like a mac issue.

Not seeing this anymore, if files are not there(on an external not mounted) when Transmission is started, as long as they are not attempted to be started, if Transmission is restarted with the files mounted, they will not need rechecking. If someone else is seeing this feel free to reopen.
