"Verifying Local Data" takes up all available ram and doesn't release it after.

Description

Whenever Transmission rechecks data whether it be to an improper shutdown of the process or not, it uses up all available ram.

Then it shows up as inactive ram in my activity monitor. After the check is done, i have no available ram free and doing anything else slows the system to a crawl. The inactive ram is never released and activity monitor always shows only a few mb free.
