Incorrect initial torrent list

Description
I start QTransmission (connected to remote server) and, sometimes, initially it shows an incorrect number of torrents in any tab.
After several seconds, it shows the correct and complete list.

Just grab a nightly build, or build yourself from svn.

Looks like we're going straight from 1.61 to 1.70...
What is your definition of "several seconds"?
It will probably always take a few seconds (say, 5) on startup to get the full torrent list. I don't consider that to be a bug.
However I suspect you mean longer than that. 1.61 has a bug that could cause the initial torrent list request to be discarded, so those torrents wouldn't show up until the next "full list" request is sent 60 seconds later. If this is what you're referring to, it's fixed in r8389.
