Description
My Speed limit mode is set to 0KB/s between 10AM -to- 2AM every day (unlimited between 2AM till 10AM).
If I check the "Use Speed Limit" mode, for example, at 2:51AM, my downloads stop.

This scans the same for me as it does for livings124. Could you walk through the exact steps of what you pressed, and what the buttons said exactly?
Speed Limit Mode can occur two ways: one, it can happen automatically by itself by using the scheduled limits. You can also toggle it on or off by hand by clicking on the turtle.

0000 - 0200: 0 KB/s 0200 - 1000: Unlimited 1000 - 2400: 0 KB/s
When enabling speed limit mode (with hours set 1000 -> 0200), between 0200 and 1000 (for example 0251, which is an unlimited speed period), downloads stop.

You are misunderstanding the feature. The time period is when you set speed limit mode to automatically enable/disable. Since you are manually enabling speed limit mode, it overrides the schedule until the next time period is reached (in your example, 0200). In other words, during the time speed limit was off (unlimited), but you manually turned it on.
So you're enabling the speed limit and it's limiting the speed? Am I missing something?
