Description

Ubuntu 9.04 Transmission 1.51 Chrome 2.0.172.30

WebUI auths and loads fine on Chrome for me. But thats about it. The JS would not execute at all which causes no torrents to be displayed, top menu buttons not working and full unresponsiveness. It works fine on Firefox for me. Here are the errors from chrome's JS debugger.

XML self-closing tag syntax used on <iframe>. The tag will not be closed.
localhost:8080/transmission/web/:351

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'display' of undefined.
localhost:8080/transmission/web/javascript/jquery/jquery.min.js:98

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'isButtonEnabled' of undefined.
localhost:8080/transmission/web/javascript/transmission.js:491

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'getSelectedTorrents' of undefined.
localhost:8080/transmission/web/javascript/transmission.js:427

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '_rows' of undefined.
localhost:8080/transmission/web/javascript/transmission.js:378

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'showPrefsDialog' of undefined.
localhost:8080/transmission/web/javascript/transmission.js:747

i'm not very experienced in JS, but having at look at the portions of javascript, it looks like the 'transmission' object is not being defined.

Would be good if someone could come up with a patch for this.

The web ui has been significantly updated since 1.51. Please report back if the current 1.61+ nightlies still has these problems.
