what do you get when you try to load ​http://portcheck.transmissionbt.com/65066 in your browser?

Right now I get a 1, but it also says that it is open; the issue apeares to be intermittent, I will try the address again the next time it happens.

Well it's not expected to work perfectly if there's a network hiccup or temporary problem with portcheck.transmissionbt.com. How is this a bug?
