Badging fails to disappear after unhiding transmission after a download has completed

Description
When a torrent completes while Transmission is hidden, the badge number appears. When you click on the Transmission icon in the dock, Transmission becomes the active window yet the badge number still shows in the dock. The only time it will disappear is when the icon updates, which won't happen until the icon gets badged with the upload or download speed which won't happen unless you start another torrent.

If this still happens in [2275] reopen. In my tests it seems to be working.
