hello, I've noticed that Transmission have huge problems with uploading while downloading slowly (for example from just one person with weak uplink)

I've made a screenshot from tracker and then two videos - how Transmission 1.75 handle with this file and then another client (BitTornado?)

there's no problem with just only seeding or seeding when there is more than 1 seed
