"watch-dir" related feature request

Description

Dear sirs,

"watch-dir" is the great feature for daemon. It helps to add torrents in a queue simply by saving *.torrent file from web browser and then manage daemon with the web client. There is only one missed feature to be happy. :)

For now "watch-dir" automatically starts added torrent files. It is not always the way you need. It is often you need only several files from entire huge torrent and it could be great to add *.torrent and then select files from it to download. Another useful scenario: you want to add torrent now, but would like to download it some later.

Could you please add another option (something like "watch-dir-queue-paused: true|false" with false by default)?

Not sure why you'd use a watchdir for that scenario at all. That sounds more like saving the .torrent to some other directory.

You can already have the watchdir add paused torrents -- the watchdir uses the same preferences defaults as adding torrents from some other mechanism. If you have torrents paused by default when added, then watchdir torrents will be paused by default when added.

Thank you for your comments, BUT:

1) In the Web Client I have already use option preferences (unchecked) "Start transfers when added" and "watch-dir" torrents still starts when added. May be it is just a bug?

2) I did not found an option in the config file that used for "Start transfers when added" Web Client option. Wiki docs does not have such an information ether. May be I missed something?

I use "watch-dir" to add torrents to daemon. It make sense. Then I would like to have an ability to select files BEFORE to start torrent and for that*.torrent already has to be added to daemon to be available via Web-Client or any other client via RPC.

It seems natural to add torrents to daemon with easy -- one click(!) with Firefox and Favloc extension -- just save it in folder that automatically adds torrents into daemon and then manage it. Mab be it make sense?

PS: Of course, we could use workaround it with bash scripts and cron. So we'll write another one "watch-dir" in this case. I think it is not best way instead of fix bug, clarify things in docs or just add one simple option in config. I do not know what is actual problem (docs, bug or missed option). Thank you for your time and efforts.
