Hello!

I, and probably many other users, always find myself going into Transmission Preferences (on the Mac client) to change the Speed Limit bandwidth setting to better suit what I am doing at the moment and how much bandwidth I want to allocate to my torrents at the time.

A nice time saver would be this:

When the user clicks the Speed Limit "turtle" button on the bottom of the transfers window, a text box could appear, allowing the user to directly input the bandwidth he wants to allocate to Transmission, in KB/s. When Speed Limit mode is not enabled, the text box is not visible.

All four people in the development channel voted against this function. The general feeling was that this feature wouldn't be used enough to make it worth the extra code and extra GUI options.
