torrents wont start at all

Description
before, torrents were working normally for me, but now, they wont start at all, even torrents with lots of seeds. it only says "Downloading from 0 of 0 peers" and they dont even begin to start downloading. ive tried many things to fix this problem, but nothing seems to work.

sorry, for some reason, i thought that the first one didn't get posted. i also read that lots of trackers banned 0.6. Is this true?

I can't speak for trackers, but 0.6 is almost 3 and a half years old.
