Description
The buttons left and right of the "temporary speed limits" (turtle) button don't have tooltips. As neiter has a great metaphor, the only way to find out what they to is actually pressing them. This is bad, as, theoretically, the buttons could mean "remove all torrents" or something equally destructive.
