Partial file not renamed if all data is found through verification of the data

Reproduce

1. Add a torrent, any torrent, but preferably something you got the data from already, and is downloadable from peers (so no dummy torrents)
2. Let the torrent download for a few percent, or, well, until T has created the files, ending in ".part"
3. Replace the partially downloaded data with the complete data (make sure to add the ".part"
4. Verify Local Data
5. Look at the actual data

Result

The files are all still postfixed with ".part"

Note

Of course, it's actually ridicules to add the ".part" if you know the file is complete. Still, T should not keep a file that is complete postfixed.

IMO any solution to this would have just as many pitfalls. We're probably better off not making Transmission too clever for its own good.
