Description

First, thanks for adding 'Connect to trackers with a proxy'! Please add:

  1. Connect to peers with a proxy.
  2. Ability to automatically find, test, and connect to public Proxy Servers.

(I would pay up to $45 for this!)

Connecting to peers via proxy is already requested in another ticket.

Automatically finding and using public proxy servers is not a feature that I will add to Transmission.
