You should submit your Sparkle localization upstream at https://launchpad.net/sparkle

I'm sorry to hear this. But I'm going to talk to you in #transmission for 1.90. Before posting this ticket, I tried several times to contact you in irc but I couldn't. There is the time zone difference between America and Japan, you know.

I am hesitant to add a localization the day of release. The approach for submitting localization is described at http://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/Translating. I am being a stickler for Mac localization and requiring a commitment to future releases, since we just lost the Turkish localization because of a disappearing localizer. I would say come talk to us in our irc room in a few months when we're closer to release of 1.90 to discuss potential localization work. Thanks for the work, I'm sorry that we won't be able to get it into 1.8.
