replace wiki main page with MainPage

Description
I've developed a new wiki hierarchy, but it needs to be made the default tree. so the current wiki home page should be replaced with MainPage.
If there are any remaining issues with new tree please let me know.

Closing this ticket because the new wiki maintainer has walked away from the project and said he doesn't think he'll be back for awhile. The old wiki page isn't perfect but I'd rather have it than an unreviewed, abandoned hierarchy.
