Description
Currently, download is displayed above upload in the dock icon. Other applications that display dl/ul metrics (see MenuMeters? for example) put upload above download, probably because up is up and down is down.
The display should be switched to make more sense.

This has been requested before, and I agree it could be argued, but download is more important and should stay at top.
