global seed ratio overrides individual torrent "seed forever" settings

Description

In Transmission 1.83 (10040) for Mac, when a torrent first starts, if you click on the torrent and change the "Stop Seeding at Ratio" option from the default of Global to "Seed Forever", it still stops at the global seed ratio setting.

I can't replicate this with a current nightly. Is this reproducable with a build from ​http://transmission.xpjets.com/?
