Thank you for your translation! I appreciate your effort.
In order to make sure that translations stay in sync with Rosetta, I download new translations from https://translations.launchpad.net/transmission/trunk/+pots/transmission before each release and overwrite the ones in trunk with them.
So, in order for your translation to take effect, you need to submit it to the people at that link. This will probably involve you speaking to one of the Ubuntu Translation Team.
Sorry for the extra steps -- your translation is appreciated! But this is a necessary step in order to keep all of the translations in sync and not overwriting each other.

Hi,
due to some severe problems with an own project hosted at launchpad and to the behaviour of the *buntu people regarding this, I will definitely not use launchpad.
