Inspector to the bottom

Description

I would suggest moving Inspector window to the bottom of the window and adding a vertical scroll for torrents if the window becomes too small.
Could be me, but I am always used to seeing details of listed items below (not on the side),

I appreciate the suggestion, but the inspector area will stay on the right side. It's the "Transmission way".

Also both the inspector area and the torrent area scroll when they have enough content to.
