I would love to have the possibility to control UL/DL speeds for individual torrents rather that global values.

Since the Mac, GTK+, Qt, and transmission-remote clients can already do this, and since your other tickets have been for the web client, I'm going to assume that's what you meant here and reassign this from "Transmission" to "Web Client".
