Multiple downloads in the same folder

Description

Adding downloads to a folder already used by another download don't works. Transmission hangs a little time after selecting folder and the torrent isn't added.

This appears to be the same issue being discussed in ​http://transmission.m0k.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2091

To explain that a bit further:

torrent A will download:

folder01/file01

torrent B will download:

folder01/file02

When you open torrent A all is fine. As soon as you open torrent B it tells me that torrent B is already open, which is wrong.

This should be fixed in r4267 or so, with the addition of the torrent ctor object.
