Description

According to ​this forum post, all but the latest version of libnatpmp / miniupnp have problems on "Billion" brand modems. We should update our libnatpmp and miniupnp snapshots.

hm. Trac won't let me close this ticket if someone else is assigned to it. livings124 did the upgrade so he should get the ticket credit.
