Creating this ticket for "GS" on IRC:
<GS> i added a torrent and i didnt put it in a group but i then moved it to a group that has a set download location and i wanna know when the download finishes will the file be put where that group downloads to <GS> hmm i know if i dont have it keep incomplete files in specific folder it wont because the file was created somewhere else but i have my program keep incomplete files in a folder and i just dont know if it will move them
Essentially, GS wants Transmission to change the download location for items that are currently incomplete when he changes the group of them.

I'm sorry but this isn't going to happen. What if you don't want to change the group? This behavior would be confusing and/or unexpected. Especially confusing is if it only applies to some transfers that have their group changed.
