Description
Please add comment to the set of allowed argument keys of the torrent-set method. I would like to set a torrent's comment using the RPC API (which is, by the way, very helpful to have).

torrent-set is for adding existing torrent files. A torrent's comment is inside the torrent file, so it can't be set manually or by the user at all.
