Description (last modified by charles)
After downloading a Bluetack list manually (http://blocklistpro.com/download-center/start-download/p2p-ip-filters/1643-pipfilter.dat.gz.html), decompressing it, and placing it in the ~/Library/Application? Support/Transmission?/blocklists folder to be parsed, a new .bin file is created however there is no data in it. The file is measured 0 bytes, and upon opening it in any text editor there is no information within, therefore not parsing the decompressed bluetack.dat file correctly.
