Description
Two of the entries («_Show Transmission» and «Enable Temporary Speed _Limits») has mnemonics, the rest does not. For consistency all entries should have mnemonics.

Confirmed, but this is an issue for Ubuntu's App Indicator, not for Transmission.
On non-Ubuntu platforms, the GtkStatusIcon? code shows the mnemonics in a consistent way. If I had to guess, AppInd? has an issue with inconsistent display of mnemonics between checkboxes and other buttons.
My recommendation is that you file this at launchpad's bug tracker for the AppInd? package.
