Add option to disable download complete badge on dock icon

Searched for this, and I believe this used to be an option and eventually was removed.

The dock badge for completed downloads is great, but I am now completely relying on Growl.app to notify me of how many torrents are done, as well as their names (a bonus). So some redundancy is present in my configuration and an option to disable the built-in dock badge would be greatly appreciated. Seeing as Growl accomplishes the same thing for me, as well as notifying me of the name of the torrent, all while not having to lose focus from the front-most app, just so I can dismiss the notification (the bright red badge is more of an eye sore for me too).

More info: Growl is a great wide to control system wide notifications, and I believe this feature would come in handy, seeing as most Mac users probably have Growl installed. With Transmission, I set Growl notification pertaining to "Torrent complete" to stay on the desktop until I dismiss them. I realized that this is what I was essentially doing with the built-in dock badge, having to bring focus to Transmission.app to simply see which torrent was done, and to dismiss the badge icon (a bigger nuisance if you are using Spaces as the lost focus can be more "disruptive" towards workflow). Lastly, I usually have only a few downloads going at any given time, so I realize my configuration may not be for everyone, especially if you download many torrents at once, in which case I'd prefer the built-in dock badge over using Growl notifications (as they take up a lot more desktop space).

Sorry, but this won't be added. Showing a number on the dock icon is not confusing, obtrusive, or bloaty. I can't imagine people turning it off - having the option too is bloaty.
