Hash fail log message improvement.

Description
The hash failed messages in the log seem to be fairly useless, only reporting piece number that failed, no indication of on which torrent, or what ip(s) were involved in that piece, which would be helpfull in knowing which torrent is the one having a problem, if you start getting a lot. Also, why not inclde a hash failed field in inspector to give an at glance view of health? as especially near beginning of torrent a manual calculation of downlaoded - valid dl is not necessarily corrent, not accounting for partially downloaded pieces.

A lot of this is covered by #138. Displaying this type of info in the inspector is a bit much.
